It's amazing what cruise ship chefs can carve out of fruits and vegetables! NYE 2016 was another beautiful day in Ha Long Bay with a visit to "Surprise" cave, a bike ride on Cat Ba Island, heaps of gorgeous scenery and a festive dinner and New Year's Eve party!
