My final day in Spain was spent in Girona, a scenic, ancient Catalonian city established in 79 BC and inhabited at various times by Iberians, Romans, Arabs and Jews. It's historical center is surrounded by a medieval wall that you can walk on to see the most beautiful views of the city and the Pyranees.
