After camping out at Koke'e State Park, we celebrated Karen's 40th birthday by hiking into Waimea Canyon, the "Grand Canyon" of Hawaii, and over Waipoo Falls, an 800-foot waterfall (above). What a great finale to our week in Kaua'i!
